AIGeoNav ("we," "us," "our") operates the AIGeoNav website and market intelligence services. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What We Collect

Email address — when you sign up for the newsletter or submit your email through the market density calculator gate.
ZIP codes — the geographic areas you submit to the free Market Density Calculator. These are used to run analysis and are cached for performance.
Payment data — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of payment success and a customer identifier from Stripe.
Usage data — anonymous analytics including pages visited, browser type, and referral source, collected via our analytics pixel. This data is aggregated and not linked to individuals.

How We Use It

To deliver the Market Density Calculator results you requested.
To send newsletters and product updates to subscribers (you can unsubscribe at any time).
To process payments for paid reports through Stripe.
To improve our service through aggregate usage analytics.

Third-Party Services

Stripe — handles payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
OpenAI — we send ZIP code data to OpenAI's API to generate market density analysis. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests. Subject to OpenAI's Privacy Policy.
Render — our hosting provider. Infrastructure-level data handling subject to Render's Privacy Policy.

Cookies

We use standard browser cookies for session management. If we add third-party analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), we will update this policy accordingly and provide opt-out options.

Data Retention

Cached density calculations are retained for 7 days, then automatically deleted. Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Payment records are retained as required by law and Stripe's policies.

Your Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of your data, and opt out of sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Children

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
