AIGeoNav provides AI-powered market density analysis and geospatial intelligence tools to help businesses make location decisions. The free Market Density Calculator provides indicative scores based on ZIP code data. Paid reports provide deeper analysis across multiple data dimensions.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a report, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable amount. All sales are final. If you believe there is an error in your order, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
Our analysis is generated using artificial intelligence models and publicly available data. AIGeoNav's outputs are informational only and do not constitute professional real estate, legal, financial, or business advice. Market conditions change. You should verify any findings independently and consult qualified professionals before making material business decisions based on our analysis.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any analysis for a particular purpose. Location suitability depends on many factors our models may not fully capture.

All content, reports, analysis, and software on AIGeoNav are owned by us or our licensors. Reports purchased for personal or business use may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIGeoNav is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchased report is limited to the amount you paid for that report.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
